This article shows you how to Pay for NHIF fees via Mpesa. The Paybill number is 200222

1. Go to M-PESA 
2. Select Lipa Na M-PESA 
3. Select Paybill 
4. Enter business number 200222 (this is NHIF Paybill number)
5. Account number; Enter your ID number with ‘y’ at the end for example 23456y
6. Enter the total amount of late fees
7. Enter M-PESA PIN 
8. Confirm and submit
