- Using USSD Codes: Dial *977# and follow the prompts to select prepaid services, then choose the option for the latest token. Alternatively, dial *885# and select option 5 for ‘Get last token.’ While *977# is charged at Ksh10, *885# is free but may provide outdated results.
- Through the MyPower App: Download and install the MyPower app on your Android or Apple device. Select ‘MyBill/Token,’ enter your meter number, and view a list of your token transactions.
