To create and send messages using WhatsApp Business, follow these steps:
- Open WhatsApp Business on your device and make sure you are logged in to your account.
- Tap the “Chats” tab on the bottom navigation bar to access your conversations.
- Select the contact you want to message by tapping on their name.
- Type your message in the text field at the bottom of the screen.
- You can add emojis, photos, videos, or documents to your message by tapping the corresponding buttons next to the text field.
- Once you have composed your message, tap the “Send” button to send it to the recipient.
Note: You can also create and send messages in WhatsApp Business by starting a new conversation from the “Chats” tab. To do this, tap the “New chat” button in the top right corner, select the contact you want to message, and then follow the steps above to compose and send your message.
