To download, set up, and use WhatsApp Business, follow these steps:
- Open the App Store or Google Play Store on your device and search for “WhatsApp Business.”
- Tap the “Install” button to download and install the app on your device.
- Once the app is installed, open it and follow the on-screen instructions to verify your phone number and create a WhatsApp Business account.
- After you have set up your account, you can customize your business profile by adding a profile picture, a business name, a description, and other information. To do this, tap the “Settings” button, then tap “Business Settings” and “Business Profile” to edit your profile.
- To start using WhatsApp Business, tap the “Chats” tab on the bottom navigation bar and select a contact to message. You can also start a new conversation by tapping the “New chat” button in the top right corner.
- Compose your message and tap the “Send” button to send it to the recipient.
Note: You can also use WhatsApp Business on a computer by accessing the web version of the app at https://web.whatsapp.com. To use the web version, you will need to scan a QR code on your computer using the WhatsApp Business app on your device.
