Iran Foreign Minister underlines developing ties with Africa

Amir Abdollahian made the remarks in a meeting with heads of the delegations of 7 African countries participating in this congress, including the Minister of Industry and Trade of Zimbabwe, the Minister of Women and Family of Senegal, Guinea-Bissau, Burkina Faso, Nigeria and Cameroon, as well as the governor of Conakry region of Guinea-Conakry.

He emphasized significant capacities for promoting relations.

He reiterated that the Iranian government places serious emphasis on developing cooperation with the African continent, especially in the economic field.

Meanwhile, the African guests highlighted the continuation of such events and praised the prominent position of Iranian women.
