To add or change the thumbnail for a YouTube video, follow these steps:

1. Go to YouTube and sign in to your account.
2. Go to the “My channel” page by clicking on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen and selecting “Your channel” from the menu.
3. Click on the video you want to edit. This will take you to the video’s page.
4. Click on the “Edit video” button below the video. This will open the video editor.
5. Click on the “Custom thumbnail” button.
