To use Grammarly in Microsoft Word, you need to install the Grammarly add-in for Microsoft Word. Here’s how to do it:
- Go to the Grammarly website and sign in to your account.
- Click on the “Add to MS Word” button in the top right corner of the page.
- Follow the prompts to install the Grammarly add-in for Microsoft Word.
Once the add-in is installed, you can use Grammarly by following these steps:
- Open Microsoft Word.
- Start typing your document.
- As you type, Grammarly will automatically check your grammar and spelling and highlight any errors.
- To see more details about an error, click on the highlighted word or phrase. A pop-up window will appear with suggestions for corrections.
- To accept a suggestion, click on it. To ignore the error, click on the “x” icon in the pop-up window.
Please note that you need to be signed in to your Grammarly account to use the add-in. If you are not signed in, you will be prompted to do so when you open Microsoft Word.
