Note: Airtel will only allow you to talk to a customer care agent after you have selected the reason for contacting customer care. Some reasons have automated voice responses. Therefore, every time I want to speak directly to the Airtel customer care agent, I select the reason as “Mobile Money” then finalize it with “Mobile Money Reversal“. This way, you will be connected to the Airtel customer care agent immediately.
