NAIROBI, Kenya, July 26 – Stanley Kamanguya has returned to workplace because the Chief Executive Officer of the ICT Authority following a courtroom order that reinstated him and blocked his elimination by the company’s Board.

Kamanguya resumed duties on Friday, a day after Employment and Labour Relations Court Judge Mathews Nduma issued a conservatory order affirming the validity of his reappointment and restraining the Board from interfering along with his tenure.

The courtroom additionally directed that Zilpher Owiti, who had been appointed appearing CEO after Kamanguya was positioned on terminal go away, stop serving in that capability pending the result of the petition. The Authority was additional barred from promoting or recruiting for the CEO place.
