NAIROBI, Kenya, July 23 – A Kenyan-British lady has lodged a proper criticism with state businesses over what she phrases “illegal arrest, coercion, and focused harassment” at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) on July 15, 2025, regardless of a legitimate courtroom order.

Stephanie Carol Grantham says she was detained for over eight hours by immigration and DCI officers, accompanied by her two minor youngsters, whereas making an attempt to journey.

Grantham is looking for an investigation by the Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA) and disciplinary motion in opposition to the officers concerned.
