Kenya baggage three awards at Africa Public Service Day in Ethiopia

ADDIS ABABA, Ethiopia, June 24 — Kenya was among the many top-performing nations on the 2025 Africa Public Service Day (APSD) celebrations held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, receiving three awards for innovation and transparency in public service supply.

The biennial occasion, themed “Enhancing the Agility and Resilience of Public Institutions to Achieve Equitable Governance and Rapidly Address Historical Service Delivery Gaps,” introduced collectively public sector companies from throughout the continent to showcase initiatives geared toward enhancing public administration.

Tharaka University gained the award for Best Innovation in Service Delivery for its Poultry Melovax undertaking, a domestically developed scientific answer.
