To block someone on TikTok, follow these steps:
- Launch the TikTok app on your mobile device and log in to your account, if you haven’t already.
- Locate the profile of the user you want to block. You can do this by searching for their username or finding them in your followers, following list, or through a video they’ve posted.
- Once you’re on the user’s profile page, tap the three dots (…) located in the top right corner of the screen. This will open a menu of options.
- From the menu, select “Block” or “Block user.” TikTok may display a confirmation message explaining the consequences of blocking someone. Read it carefully and tap “Confirm” if you’re sure you want to proceed.
- The user will now be blocked. They won’t be able to view your profile, follow you, send you direct messages, or interact with your content. Additionally, their comments on your videos will be hidden, and you won’t receive notifications from them.
