Ceec loans are loans provided to interested Zambian citizens especially youths who are interested in accessing financial aid to start and grow their businesses.
CEEC means ‘Citizens Economic Empowerment Commission’ and is making loan application calls every financial year in a move to reach many citizens who would really like to improve their lives through doing business.
How to apply for Ceec loans
These are the steps to apply for Ceec loans:
- Visit CEEC website and select Online Application button
- Register your CEEC or log in to your CEEC account
- Choose Empowerment product
- Then Apply for the loan
- Check your loan status everytime you log in to your CEEC account

This is the platform where ceec beneficiaries can apply or pay loans when due.
To access CEEC portal you must log in as a registered customer. After login you can then apply or check your loan status.
