Okoa Stima is a loan provided by Safaricom in partnership with Kenya Power. In case of emergency customers can pay for electricity with Okoa Stima loan.
Post paid Kenya power customers can settle their bills using Okoa Stima as follows:

Enter your Okoa Stima PIN
Select Postpaid
Choose Account number ( Automatically displayed)
Select Paybill via MPESA
Select pay in full or partially
Enter amount to be paid and submit.
You will receive a confirmation message about the transaction.
