Your Ntsa Taxi Badge expires after one year from the date of issue. If you would like to continue working as taxi driver with Uber, Bolt or Little cab you need to renew it well in time to be on the safe side otherwise your apps won’t work.
The procedure
1. Return your old badge to be doable at Ntsa offices. If you are in Nairobi it’s done at Likoni road Ntsa offices counter number five.
2.Log on to the Ntsa website and apply for a new one. Follow the prompts and pay via mpesa 1050
3.It will take 2days at most and your card will be ready for collection.
