How to Buy a Voice Bundle using Airtime
- Dial *485# and select “Zidisha Plus” option
- Select “Buy Bundles” option
- Select the mobile number /employee you want to buy for
- Select voice bundle as the bundle type
- Pick any of the Voice bundles
- Select “Buy using Airtime”
- Confirm that you want to purchase the bundle
- You will receive a notification confirming that you have bought the bundle
How to Buy a Voice Bundle Using M-PESA
- Dial *485# and select “Zidisha Plus” option
- Select “Buy Bundles” option
- Select the mobile number /employee you want to buy for
- Select voice bundles as the bundle type
- Pick any of the Voice Bundles
- Select “Buy using M-PESA”
- You will be asked to enter your Service PIN. If you do not have one, you will be requested to create one by pressing “0”
- Once you press “0”, you will be prompted to enter your National ID. You will then be required to enter your desired PIN and confirm.
- Confirm that you want to purchase the bundle
- You will receive a notification confirming that you have bought the bundle
How to Add/Remove Employees
- Dial *485# and select “Zidisha Plus” option
- Select “Add or Remove Mobile Number” option
- Select your desired action, either to add or remove an employee
- To remove an employee;
- Select the number you want to remove
- Confirm that you want to remove the mobile number
- You will receive the notification confirming that you have removed the mobile number
- To add an employee
- Enter the mobile number you want to add
- Enter the employee name you want to add
- Upon successful addition, the mobile number and name will be displayed under the “Manage my employees” menu
How to Check your balances through *485#
- Dial *485# and select “Zidisha Plus” option
- If you are the one buying the bundle;
- Select option 4: Check my balance
- A message will be displayed showing your balance for both Voice & Data, and their expiry dates
- If you are a recipient/person being bought for;
- Send a blank SMS to number 144
- You will receive an SMS showing your balance for Voice & Data, and their expiry dates
