How to check if your SIM card is 4G enabled
- On your Safaricom SIM card, dial *100#.
- Select option 98, (More).
- Choose option 12 (VoLTE) to check if your SIM is 4G enabled. (This menu might be different due to updates).
- If your SIM card isn’t enabled, the following message will be sent to you shortly thereafter.
“Dear customer, your SIM card is not 4G enabled. Visit the nearest Safaricom retail store to replace your Sim card today. Join the 4G movement.” Well, you now know what to do.
