I’ll show the simple procedure on how to pay branch loan with Mpesa. To pay Branch loan via Mpesa it’s important that you know Branch Paybill Number which is 998608.
Always make sure to do your Branch loan repayments on time because late repayments will either get you listed with the CRB or affect you ability to get subsequent Branch loans.
Follow the Below Steps to Repay Your Branch Loan
1. Go to Mpesa in your Safaricom menu.
2. Select Lipa na M-PESA
3. Choose the Paybill option
4. Enter the Branch Paybill number 998608
5. For account number, enter your MPesa number on which you received your Branch loan
6. Enter your repayment amount
7. Enter your M-PESA pin
8. Confirm that all details are correct and press ‘OK’.
What to do if Payment hasn’t Reflected.
If your Branch loan repayment doesn’t reflect,simply send Branch customer care the Mpesa Transaction ID and the Phone number you used to make the loan Repayment
